I purchased the 2024 kit and absolutely loved it! I’d been doing elf on the shelf a few years but our elf mostly just did peek-a-boo because I didn’t have time or energy for setting up scenes. After using this kit my kids loved their elf even more. I loved that the scenes had activities associated with them too! We didn’t always do the activity because well… tired working mom but I loved always having that option. My favorite was the crystal growing Christmas tree.
I just received the 2025 kit and went through all the scenes and this year looks awesome also! It feels like there are less consumable items that will make passing it on to my brother and SIL next year easier (they’re reluctant beginners this year that I needed to entice with an easy set up in so I handed down our 2024 kit). I will say though this year felt slightly heavy on the miniature games because the elfabet and scavenger hunt activities with the cards from last year were removed. Personally I would have liked to see those activities again as we used up our cards and can’t as easily recreate on cute paper that matches the papers for the countdown and Santa’s letters in the box.
Overall… totally worth your money and you and your kids will love it!

My favorite elf kit!
I’ve bought some elf kits from various places over the years, mostly local made, and this is by far my favorite. The instructions were perfectly clear and laid out by day, and the kit itself was really well made and had good quality items! My boys loved seeing what the elves did every morning and it made it SO easy for me as a parent each night after a long day.
